I love simple but delicious recipes and start a series of easy-to-prepare recipes.

Sometimes chicken breasts are dryish. I offer a wonderful recipe that will fix the situation.

Prepare the marinade
  1. Take the soy sauce, squeeze out the garlic, add the vegetable oil, chili peppers, sesame, mix
  2. Take chicken breasts, beat well, preferably covered with a film or food bag.
  3. Grease the chicken breast with a marinade.
  4. Put the second beaten breast on top, again grease with the marinade, repeat with the third one.
  5. Press it well and grease with soy souse on the top.
  6. Cover it with a film, leave to marinate for at least one hour.
Cook the breast on a grill
  1. Fry until red on both sides (for about 15 minutes).
  2. Serve with vegetables and herbs.
