Special Features

The Spirit E-210 has 2 stainless steel burners with 26,500 BTU output. Although it is quite small, it does have a 360 square inch primary cooking area, which is enough space to grill food for 3 to 4 people. Weber is also known for its porcelain-enameled cast-iron cooking grates, which makes grills more superior in terms of heat retention. This is what gives your meat those nice looking grill marks. The Spirit II E-210 is no exemption from that. They also spared no expense by coating the Flavorizer bars and lid with porcelain enamel. Plus, this grill has a fuel gauge for liquid propane models. That means you’ll never run out of gas halfway through a grilling session.

How It Works

Weber Spirit II E-310 has the advanced GS4 system that consists of:

  1. Infinity Ignition,
  2. Two stainless steel burners
  3. Flavorizer bars
  4. Greeze Management System

1. The simple to use Infinity Ignition system enables stable heat control and retention:

2. The performance burners are the most important part of any great grill. The Weber Summit II E-210 grill features two stainless steel burners that pump out a total of 26,500 BTU’s which is sufficient for cooking a nice meal. The stainless steel design makes burner cleaning drill easier. It is a Weber grill so you won’t be disappointed when it comes to its cooking ability:

3. The Flavorizer bars are angled to catch the juices of your food then immediately vaporize them and feed that right back up into your meal. So you get a nice smoky flavor:

4. The Grease Management System is extremely useful for preventing the flare ups typical for many other grills. The flare ups are known to destroy meals. Any of the dripping that are not caught by the Flavorizer are conveniently fed into a tray so you can just pull it out and clean it quickly before you get back to your grilling. Porcelain enameled cast iron cooking grates work hand in hand with the grilling system to give you a nice balanced grill without the danger of having hot spots.

The warming rack keeps food warm or toasts burger buns, as the main meal grills below:

The Weber Spirit II E-210 is iGrill3 compatible which allows for monitoring through an app over Bluetooth. Weber remains on point with this loaded grill.

Well-thought rack design allows to neatly organize the space. The downside of this approach is openness of the items on the rack to the elements:

Design

The Weber Spirit E-210 grill is designed to be a small grill. It has fold-down tables which are very ideal for small spaces like balconies. The cooking area is 360 square inches of porcelain-coated cast iron cooking grates. Although it is not a powerful grill, (the preheat times are also long), the grates do hold a lot of heat and will allow good heat transfer. As a result, this grill is perfect for grilling steaks or burgers. Since the temperature range is wide, low-temperature cooking will be very ideal. Also, it will give enough space to indirectly cook a roast or whole chicken because of the 2-burner design. Although be warned, the capacity is limited.

The best thing about this grill is that you never have to worry about your meat not getting the sear or quality that you want. It is designed to keep the heat where you need it, so that you can cook your food in a timely fashion. Weber made a big change for the Spirit in 2013. The burner layout was reconfigured. It used to connect from side to side with control knobs on the right side shelf. But now, the new Spirit burners connect from front to back with control knobs on the front panel. This reconfiguration frees up work space on the side shelf. It also provides better performance when cooking indirect or 2-zone.
