Sometimes chicken breasts are dryish. It’s a wonderful recipe that will fix the situation.

This recipe was suggested by my friend, who was once forced to cook a dinner quickly before the arrival of his girlfriend’s parents!
It turned out perfectly! With the girl, they broke up then, but I’m sure that’s not for this reason.

- 3 pcs Chicken Breast
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp Chili pepper flakes
- 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 2 Cloves of garlic
- 1 tbsp Sesame white

Instructions
Prepare the marinade
- Take the soy sauce, squeeze out the garlic, add the vegetable oil, chili peppers, sesame, mix
- Take chicken breasts, beat well, preferably covered with a film or food bag.
- Grease the chicken breast with a marinade.
- Put the second beaten breast on top, again grease with the marinade, repeat with the third one.
- Press it well and grease with soy souse on the top.
- Cover it with a film, leave to marinate for at least one hour.
Cook the breast on a grill
- Fry until red on both sides (for about 15 minutes).
- Serve with vegetables and herbs.
